We have a very special DMR Tech Net coming up on Monday, June 5th.
At the Dayton Hamvention, I attended a discussion on DMR by Jeff Hochberg W4JEW and Matt Genelin N0YNT.
Both of them will join Tom N8TJ, Stan WB8QJZ, Steve KC8WXM, and I to discuss DMR Best Practices and Procedures.
The video from their presentation, “DMR Current and Future State – Dayton Hamvention 2023” has been updated with this note from Jeff:
I made significant edits to the video of our presentation from Dayton. I layered in the slides from our presentation since they were impossible to see in the video.
YouTube would not allow me to replace the video and keep the link, so there’s a new link. It’s publicly accessible and indexed at this point, so anyone can find it on their own.

Join us Monday night and please share the DMR Tech Net net details with your amateur radio friends.
Steve KC8WXM, Tom N8TJ, Dustin N8RMA, and Dana KC0MYP. Stan WB8QJZ was in Florida & unable to join us in person for this group photo at the CMARC meeting.
With so much information to go over and allow more DMR check-ins & comments, the DMR Tech Net start time is now 7:45pm ET on Brandmeister Talk Group 3126, statewide Michigan.
After the DMR Tech Net is over, stay on TG-3126 to join the Michigan One DMR net at 8:30pm, hosted by Dustin N8RMA.
When the Michigan One DMR net is done, stay on Brandmeister talk group 3126 and join the DMR Tech Net team for an informal after-net chat.
