Subject: DMR Tech Net – DMR+ info
I would like to add a bit more detail about the DMR+ network.
- The DMR+ network was created around the same time as Brandmeister started.
- The DMR+ network can be seen at the following web sites:
- USA bmaster+ web site: http://149.28.255.249/bmaster+/
- Europe bmaster+ web site: http://bmaster.xreflector.es/
There are 67 ipsc2 servers world wide, 9 exist in the USA.
- the DMR+ ipsc2 servers can support the following types of connections.
- Repeater interfaces.
DV Switch interface – Line 1.
MMDVM board interface- Line 2.
Motorola repeater – line 3.
Hytera repeater – line 4.
- XLX server connections.
- DMR MARC, CBridge connections.
- OpenBridge connections. This connections may not be to Brandmeister.
OpenBridge is used by other networks, like Amcomm, for passing TG traffic, in bulk between servers.
- YCS (Yaesu C4FM) server connections. Check this web site out for the YCS network. http://dvmatrix.xreflector.net/
- PA7LIM, Peanut app interface connections.
- Other network connections.
As you can see the DMR+ network ipsc2 servers can connect to a number of other networks and devices.
There was talk of the DMR+ network closing last year, but a number of Spanish developers took it over and it continues to this day.
